Senior consultant leading a Snowflake/Azure data warehouse engagement end to end. Grew the engineering team from 2 to 6 developers, introducing coding standards, code review, and documentation practices that cut onboarding time for new hires. Led the legacy platform migration, built automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and decoupled ingestion from transformation to make the pipeline easier to test, debug, and extend.

Designed and maintained data pipelines powering marketing analytics for an insurance-sector client. Drove technical PoCs, automated a legacy data migration, and built feature pipelines for the ML Ops team. Reduced Snowflake compute costs through query and warehouse-sizing optimization. Also advised on an internal HR analytics platform and conducted technical interviews for the data team.

Designed and built a Snowflake data warehouse from the ground up, including the ETL/ELT pipelines in Python running on AWS and provisioned via CDK. Implemented the RBAC and access-control model, owned the supporting infrastructure, and led ongoing cost optimization across compute and storage.

Led the migration of one of the company's largest data warehouses from Teradata to Snowflake on AWS, from technical design through cutover. Built automated scripts to refactor hundreds of Informatica jobs to the new platform and designed the strategy for migrating years of historical data with minimal downtime.

Delivered ETL solutions across 3 concurrent projects: primary developer on a Data Vault-modeled warehouse, contributor to a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse, and 2nd line support for IPC and SAP BO environments — building early depth across the major data modeling approaches.
